TMS Spot is a web-based transportation management system (TMS) for freight brokers. It runs the whole load lifecycle in one place: intake, pricing, carrier cover, tracking and billing.

- **Who it's for:** Freight brokerages. Brokers, ops and customer service share one book of loads, carriers and customers, with role-based access.
- **What it does:** An AI Co-pilot drafts loads from tender emails and PDFs. The desk adds rates, carrier and customer portals, tracking, invoice match and CRM.
- **How AI is used:** The Co-pilot drafts and suggests. A person confirms before anything is created, emailed or awarded.

1. **Loads come in.** Paste a tender, attach a PDF, or let customers book in their portal. Co-pilot drafts it. You check it and create it.
2. **Price it with context.** Contract rates, markup rules and your own lane history sit next to the quote. Desk estimates are labeled as estimates.
3. **Cover it on your terms.** Posting rules publish the right loads to your carrier portal. Carriers see Available loads and bid. Agents propose. A person awards.
4. **Deliver, bill, close.** Appointments and tracking on every stop. Detention gets suggested from customer terms. The carrier invoice is matched to the booked rate.
